Not only are these bamboo phone cases really good looking, they are a great example of user-generated design.
On a visit to the Chicago Historical Society during the 1990′s there were two items in a Civil War gallery that stuck with me. One was the bed Abraham Lincoln died in, and the other was a giant wooden chain made of interlocking links carved by a prisoner of war.
A beautiful shelf can get unsightly when loaded with books and begins to sag. This shelf invites the sag and uses the books to maintain a straight horizontal line.
